Who we are:

UMFS is a nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive array of programs to support children, teens, and parents as they work to overcome challenges. We equip families with tools for success so they can achieve their goals. As a national leader in helping young people and families, we also proactively identify unmet social services needs and develop the necessary partnerships to address those needs.

What we do:

Our regional centers offer individualized treatment for children and teens who are being placed out of home and have special emotional, behavioral, or medical needs. Our youth and families are supported by a collaborative team of specially trained clinical staff and foster parents, who provide daily behavioral health interventions that align with each child’s individualized treatment plan.

What we are looking for:

A Family Systems Coordinator to provide direction and overall systems management of the recruiting, training, certification, support, and retention of resources families in the treatment foster care program consistent with UMFS’ wraparound philosophy, practice principles, professional ethics, and agency and licensing standards.

What you will need:

Master’s degree in social work or related human service field with direct practice experience or a minimum of one-year direct service experience; or a Bachelor’s degree and five years related direct service experience. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive family assessments.
