What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the first point of contact for families referred to the program, completing initial screenings to determine eligibility for services

Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources through ongoing outreach

Coordinate services and support for clients, ensuring compliance with funding source requirements

Prepare and assist in the submission of required statistical reports

Organize and facilitate community parent groups and support groups as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree required; an associate degree with relevant experience and proof of ongoing enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program is accepted

Effective communication skills in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual formats

Understanding of social and emotional development for children ages birth to five

Knowledge of appropriate developmental milestones for children ages birth to five

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred
