Countryside Baptist Church is seeking a full-time family and worship minister! We are a revitalizing congregation, staffing for continued growth!

Position
Qualifications:
Family Ministry (50%):
Develop and implement a birth-12th grade discipleship strategy.
Encourage and equip the parents of children and students to lead spiritually in their homes.
Recruit, support, train, and empower leaders and volunteers in children’s and student ministries.
Plan and lead family ministry events (children’s and youth camp, VBS, etc).
Serve as the visible primary leader in either children’s or student ministry week-to-week.
Worship Ministry (30%):
Work with the pastor to plan corporate worship services.
Recruit, support, train, and empower lay leaders in the worship ministry.
Lead and oversee AVL ministry.
Lead weekly rehearsals.
General Ministry Functions (20%):
Counsel and meet with families and others in the church.
Teach occasional Bible studies and in other venues.
Occasional preaching opportunities (if qualified and capable).
