Executive/Senior Executive (Youth Development)
About the Job:
The Executive/Senior Executive will be responsible for driving public awareness of youth development programmes and managing various related activities.
Responsibilities:
Implement the overall integrated marketing strategy, both online and offline, to drive public awareness of programmes in the youth domain.
Manage day-to-day activities associated with initiatives, including engagement and relationship building, programme management, budgeting, and outcomes tracking and measurement.
Identify, engage, and secure partners to support the successful delivery of programmes.
Manage youth group accounts and perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
Good engagement and influencing skills.
Good understanding of the dynamics and challenges of the youth sector (specifically ages 18 to 35).
