Position: Â Contract Staff – Executive Engagement (Welfare Org) at Queensway, up to $4200
Job Responsibilities:
Volunteer and Donor Management System Provide administrative support for the development of Volunteer and Donor Management System (VDMS).Support the preparation of consolidated volunteer and donor database file(s) for VDMS implementation, adhering to data privacy regulations and the system’s compatibility.
Data reconciliation and cleaning of current volunteer and donor data.
Data entry and management of new volunteer and donor data.
Compile and retrieve volunteer/donor data for reports.
Engagement and Events Management Support events/engagement activities organized for corporate and community partners.
Provide support for other SCE-related initiatives.
Others Provide other administrative support for the team where applicable.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pmSalary:up to $4200
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Social Work & Community Development, or Mass Communications preferred.
Experience in data management, events management, marketing communications, and volunteer or donor management.
Excellent
project management
and written/oral
communication skills
.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work with tight deadlines.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Experience in data management and data analytics.
Knowledge of Word Press would be advantageous.
