The next Executive Director (ED) of Woodbridge Neighborhood Development (WND) will provideleadershipand strategic direction for WND and manage the day-to-day operations, guiding long-termstrategic planning, and advancing WND’s mission of sustainable community development. This position requires a focus onadvocacy,
stakeholder engagement, fund development, a working knowledge of the real estate
development process or ability to learn, and an emphasis on preserving the community’s
cultural and social identity.
The ED will work closely with the board, staff, community partners, and residents to ensure the success of WND’s programs, fundraising efforts, and strategic initiatives. There is currently an opportunity for organizational growth and a pivot of programs, and the next ED will have theunique opportunityto shape this work into the foreseeable future.
