Benefits:
* Salary banding: £65,000 – £70,000pa DOE
* Hours of work 37hrs – 9am

As the Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of service development and delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a senior team to deliver an operational strategy that transforms lives. Your expertise will guide the team through

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Service Delivery:
Develop and implement operational strategies that drive
impactful
services and achieve ambitious KPIs.
* Champion
Team Development
:
Lead and mentor senior managers, instilling a culture of coaching,
collaboration
, and
continuous improvement
.
* Strategic Partnerships:
Represent the charity in key external partnerships, ensuring their voice is heard and their work is supported.

Leadership
:
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and
resource allocation
to maximize impact while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
* Safeguarding and Governance:
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and sector best practices.
About You:
* Expert
Leadership
: A strong track record in leading teams, driving change, and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Experience with Complex Needs:
Deep knowledge of homelessness, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and implementing psychologically informed approaches.
* Data-Driven:
Ability to analyse outcomes and adapt strategies to ensure services are continuously improving.
* Financial Acumen:
Experience managing complex budgets and making decisions within resource constraints.
