Description
Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center (SURHC) is dedicated to providing high‑quality, compassionate, and affordable healthcare for all. We are seeking a dynamicExecutiveDirector of Fund Development to advance our mission by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors. In this role, you will design and execute fundraising strategies that expand annual revenue, deepen donor relationships, and elevate SURHC’s presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individual giving strategies, including direct appeals, online campaigns, and special initiatives.
Manage donor database (Salesforce), gift processing, acknowledgment, and benefits fulfillment.
Plan and execute donor cultivation and stewardship events, ensuring an exceptional experience for supporters.
Support fundraising events logistics—annual benefit, small cultivation gatherings, and volunteer committee engagements.
Research and assist with new donor prospecting: identify prospects, analyze fit, and contribute to proposal development.
Collaborate with the communications team to integrate development messaging across marketing channels and our website.
Prepare regular fundraising reports, monitor revenue and expenses, and maintain accurate donor records.
Partner with the Board and leadership to advance development goals and provide timely campaign updates.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
3–5 years of fundraising, nonprofit, or volunteer management experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; personable, energetic, and relationship‑oriented.
Preferred:
Experience coordinating volunteers and event committees.
Knowledge of direct marketing and individual fundraising best practices.
Strong project management and attention to detail.
