About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Market Impact to lead and manage all aspects of a designated market, with a focus on mission impact, mobilizing supporters, and growing a diversified revenue portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring the organization’s position as a leader in maternal and child healthcare. This role involves creating and implementing local strategic plans that advance maternal and infant health equity, as well as leading a team to achieve revenue goals through donor stewardship, board development, and maintaining a strong donor portfolio.
The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading and developing a diverse market staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and ensuring the organization’s core principles are upheld. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with a background in a nonprofit environment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, and a proven track record in building internal and external relationships.
