Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary, hands-on leadership, cultivating a culture of hospitality, service, and accountability.
Lead all operational, financial, and clinical aspects of the community while maintaining compliance and driving top-tier performance.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to support long-cycle, high-value entry fee sales processes and occupancy goals.
Partner with the leadership team including Nursing, Assisted Living, Sales, and Lifestyle directors.
Champion service excellence across every touchpoint – from culinary to concierge.
Engage residents and staff with authenticity, care, and a deep commitment to organizational values.
Coordinate with a supportive home office for shared services while maintaining local autonomy and community presence.
Drive measurable outcomes in occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, employee retention, and operational benchmarks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading CCRCs or high-end senior living communities.
Deep understanding of long sales cycles, and aging-in-place philosophy.
Skilled at building and leading high-performing teams, with a track record of results in occupancy, culture change, and team stability.
A leader who sets the tone through accountability, presence, and example – not just policy.
Strong financial and operational acumen; comfortable navigating complex KPIs including occupancy, margin, Days in A/R, and service metrics.
Collaborative and empowering leadership style; thrives in mission-driven settings and understands the balance between nonprofit values and business excellence.
Engaging communicator with the ability to connect with residents, families, and staff, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and a vibrant community culture.
