Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Director to help our Founder & President lead company initiatives, facilitate donations from large donors & grassroots and manage company employees & vendors.
Responsibilities
The candidate should expect 2-4 interviews. During these interviews we will ask them about their technical experience and ask them to give examples of times they have carried out the above tasks. They should be able to explain in great detail how they did each task. We will also request 3 referrals from past employers, managers or work colleagues.
Qualifications
The right candidate for this position will have prior experience as an Executive Director at a political organization with a positive track record of success. He or she should have extensive experience in performing the duties listed above that they can easily speak to in great detail.
