Our members include founders, early-stage employees, angel investors, VCs, and mentors who share knowledge, create opportunities, and build meaningful relationships. As we expand, The Network Institute will develop similar impactful communities beyond Xoogler.co (https://www.xoogler.co/).
Opportunity
As our inaugural Executive Director, you’ll shape the future of our organization during a pivotal growth phase. This role combines strategic leadership, community development, and sustainable resource generation. You’ll build and lead a talented team while working closely with our Board to transform our vision into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Secure financial sustainability through diversified fundraising, with emphasis on cultivating relationships with high-capacity donors
Craft and implement a compelling vision for community growth and engagement
Design and establish the organizational infrastructure needed for long-term success
Oversee all operations, including strategic partnerships, signature events, and member programs
Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our mission
Collaborate with the Board to refine and execute strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in nonprofit fundraising, particularly with major donors
Track record of building and nurturing communities that create genuine value
Experience designing and scaling programs that foster meaningful connections
Strong financial acumen and experience managing nonprofit budgets
Strategic leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with startup ecosystems and innovation networks
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree a plus)

Salary
$90K/year -$220K/year. Pay based on experience.
