The Colorado Association of School Business Officials (CASBO) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our association and help shape the future of school business management in Colorado. This is a key leadership position that offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, promote collaboration within our membership, and oversee the planning and execution of conferences that engage and support our community.
As the Executive Director, you’ll manage operations, oversee financial activities, lead conference planning, and represent CASBO to various stakeholders, ensuring the success and growth of the organization. If you’re a strategic thinker with a strong background in leadership, financial management, conference planning, and education associations, we want to hear from you!

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
Location: Fully remote; candidate must reside in Colorado.
Retirement: Social Security Benefits
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, nonprofit management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
A minimum of 5 years of experience in school business leadership or association management, with a demonstrated affiliation with educational institutions.Â
Proven leadership and supervisory experience (at least 3 years managing a team)
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
