Position
Executive Director (Independent Contractor, 1099)
Part-time | Remote with periodic in-person meetings/events in Northern Virginia/Fredericksburg region.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute Board-approved strategic priorities
• Lead fundraising and grant development
• Oversee STEM camps, after-school and community programs
• Recruit and develop STEM instructors
• Build community and corporate partnerships
• Provide monthly dashboards and board reports
• Maintain compliant and efficient operations

Compensation
Performance-based independent contractor agreement. Monthly base compensation plus potential Board-approved performance incentives. Initial six-month performance period.
