** To 135k+ AZCAI is seeking an Executive Director**. This position serves as the chief executive officer of the CAI Arizona Chapter, advancing the organization’s mission, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of
professionalism
, ethics, and governance. Operating within John Carver’s Policy Governance model, the Executive Director works under the Board of Directors’ clearly defined policies, exercising authority and accountability within established boundaries to achieve organizational Ends.
Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director manages a budget exceeding $850,000, fosters member engagement, drives
strategic growth
, and ensures compliance with CAI Arizona Chapter governing documents, CAI National policies, and applicable laws. This role demands

leadership
, adept organizational planning, and active
collaboration
