We convene a diverse coalition—from property owners and corporate sustainability leaders to policymakers and technical experts—to educate, advocate, and activate collective action. By leveraging the scale and influence of the commercial real estate sector and HVAC industry, REEF drives market transformation toward more efficient, low-impact heating and cooling solutions. As we scale, REEF is seeking a visionary and strategic Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth.
