Job Summary

Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to an executive, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations, often acting as a point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments.

Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation.

Prepare & submit expense claims for the team and monitoring reimbursable expenses.

Provide administrative support.

Business

Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

Qualifications

Academics – Graduate

Skills  - Strong communication & inter-personal skills, Multi-tasker, Calendar Management, Stake-holder management. Proficient in MS Excel, Word Doc, Power point (basic to intermediate).

Experience-   Prior PA experience (preferred)

Should be comfortable to work from office all 5 days 9:30AM – 6PM
