Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Job Highlights
A well-funded San Francisco-based nonprofit
3 month temporary role, with the possibility to convert permanent if a strong fit
Targeting to start the role first week of April
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office required. Monday and Friday can work from home (or go in office if desired)
90% support for CEO, and the other 10% will support other C-Levels – scheduling, calendar management, travel, meeting prep, documentation, manage communication, and assist with donor/Board Events
Proficient in Google Suite and Slack. Bonus if experience with Salesforce

Compensation
$49.43 – $50 /hour Pay Rate
