Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and Familiarity with CRM systems.

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive/Administrative Assistant.

Able and willing to work from our office a minimum of 3 days a week (Hybrid schedule)

The Goering Center’s mission is to nurture and educate family and private businesses to drive a vibrant economy and promote effective continuity of those businesses. The Goering Center is affiliated with the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. Their member companies receive real-world insights to enlighten, strengthen and prolong family and private business success.

As an integral part of our team, you’ll:

Manage the President’s calendar, scheduling all internal, external, and virtual meetings for the President. May also include scheduling for other staff members as needed.

Provide administrative support, including assisting in drafting agendas, presentation slides, meeting packet materials, and spreadsheet/reporting preparation.

Manage scheduling and logistics for Board of Directors, Board of Advisors and Committee Meetings.

Plan in-house and off-site celebration events such as team volunteer events, team-building events, birthday lunches.

Manage our CRM database (FunnelMaker) including updating and maintaining Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, and Corporate Partner company and contact information, inputting activities and important notes, and managing the Board Candidate registry process.
