Position: Evidence Based Program Manager
Program Manager
We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and manage the implementation and sustainability of community-based services for court-involved youth and their families in the metro Atlanta area, including Coweta, Fayette, Fulton, Cherokee, Rockdale, Clayton, Dekalb, and Hall counties, with the potential to expand to neighboring counties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee direct service providers
Meet program goals regarding referrals and utilization
Manage critical incidents
Identify and manage local referral processes, procedures, and service slots
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as DSPs, County Probation, and DJJ
Approve monthly billing for youth served
Maintain and enforce program Policies and Procedures manuals
Complete and submit monthly reports
Attend meetings, conferences, and agency visits pertinent to the program
Support Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) by coordinating with stakeholders and attending training
Manage data collection and reporting
Qualifications:
Two years of experience in direct service or administrative roles with court-involved youth and families
Two years of program/project management experience in social/human services (desired)
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, clinical disciplines, policy, or public administration;
Master’s preferred
Strong interpersonal and cultural competency skills
Openness to feedback and data-driven accountability
Experience working with system-involved youth and families in Georgia is a plus
Ability to take independent action and foster an outcome-oriented approach
The salary range is $60,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience and education. Preference for candidates residing in the metro Atlanta area, with frequent travel required. This is a hybrid position: 50% remote and 50% travel.
