We are currently hiring an Event Specialist on behalf of one of our respected clients in the Charity field, located in Mokattam.
Role Description:
The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that support the organization’s mission, visibility, and fundraising goals. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can manage events from concept to completion, ensuring high engagement and a meaningful attendee experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social impact and have hands-on experience in organizing events for charitable or nonprofit organizations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related functions
• Previous work experience with charities is preferred
• Strong ability to manage vendors, venues, budgets, and event logistics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software/tools
• Residency in Mokattam or nearby areas is preferred
