You’ll be at the heart of our event strategy, managing the planning and execution of high-profile industry events, from conferences to webinars. Candidates must be available on-call during US-based events, which may require working outside of standard local business hours.

Role Overview:
Focus on event project management, content development, and execution, collaborating closely with sales and SDRs.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Research: Research and identify relevant industry events, developing a strategic plan for event participation aligned with company objectives.
Event Execution: Manage all aspects of events, including logistics, branding, vendor management, and speaker coordination.
Content Development: Create event materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets).
Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales/BD to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
On-Site Support: Oversee event logistics and attendee experience.
Budget Management & ROI: Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and calculate cost per acquisition (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
Event Availability: Be available on-call during US-based events, regardless of local time zone.
Requirements:
2+ years event marketing experience.
Strong project management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Hands-on event execution experience.
Sales team collaboration experience.
Tech-savvy (event management tools, CRM, marketing automation, Zoom webinar).
Excellent communication skills.
Performance tracking experience.
