Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Estate Planning Coordinator located in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing complex estate planning processes while closely collaborating with attorneys and clients. Responsibilities include assisting with demand planning, organizing legal documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining compliance with legal and procedural standards. The Estate Planning Coordinator will ensure seamless communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Training will be provided for the right candidate. What we are really looking for is someone who is sharp, can learn, an is willing to build lasting professional relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Planning, Demand Planning, and Production Planning abilities
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members
- Capability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred but not required: Familiarity with estate planning processes, legal documentation, and compliance regulations is beneficial
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field is preferred
- Other degree and job fields will be considered
