Erickson Foundation Solutions is seeking a motivated, dependable Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. Help homeowners transform their garages, basements, retail spaces and concrete surfaces with durable, professional-grade epoxy flooring systems. Team members will also be crossed trained in foundation waterproofing and crawlspace encapsulations projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
What you’ll do as an Epoxy Installer:
- Inspect concrete for cracks, surface damage, and other conditions requiring repair before installation.
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and crack repair.
- Mix and apply premium epoxy primers, base coats, decorative flake systems, and UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats according to company standards.
- Install decorative chip/flake flooring systems with attention to detail and quality.
- Ensure every installation meets our high standards for quality, appearance, and durability.
- Safely operate grinders, mixers, vacuums, hand tools, and other installation equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Unloads and cleans out the truck properly when returning to the shop.
- Takes pride in caring for the company’s tools, equipment, and materials.
Requirements of our Epoxy Installer:
- Epoxy and/or Polyaspartic Experience Required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn specialized installation techniques.
- Comfortable working on your feet, kneeling, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to left 70-100 pounds.
- Ability to get in and out of basements.
- Ability to understand English.

Salary: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00+ /year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
