East Troy Manor is seeking to hire a Housekeeper/ Laundry Assistant who is hard-working, dedicated, energetic and and interested in working with an outstanding Environmental Service Team.
Full-Time OR Part-Time
6am-2:30pm with everyother weekend and rotating Holiday required.
JOB SUMMARY
Supervises the duties in Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor including but not limited to: general cleaning, maintenance of floor finishes, window cleaning, wall washing, furniture moving, linen management, waste disposal, unloading of trucks and delivering of necessary supplies. Oversees the quality/safety of all aspects in Housekeeping/Laundry including but not limited to: housekeeping, laundry and janitorial.

Qualifications Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Enjoy working with the senior population
Must be english literate to complete all functions of the job.
Other duties: Completes all other duties as assigned.
Responsible to maintain, implement and assure compliance to State, Federal or County regulations and BHS policies and procedures.
Previous health care setting experience preferred
Valid WI driver’s license
Must display ability to follow assignments and verbal instruction, and is able to assist training new staff on the floor.
Must be English literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION
Supervision of Housekeeping/Laundry by Department Manager.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Bending, Lifting. scrubbinging, Sweeping, moping, dusting ect.
