As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll be on the front lines representing nonprofit partners—engaging with the public, promoting important causes, and working toward clear performance goals. Think of it as bringing an athlete’s mindset into a professional setting: energy, discipline, teamwork, and a drive to improve every day.
This is a great fit for former athletes, team players, or anyone motivated by goals, coaching, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent nonprofit partners through face-to-face outreach and fundraising campaigns
- Engage community members, communicate campaign messages, and encourage ongoing support
- Work toward individual and team performance goals in a results-driven environment
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve outreach strategies
- Maintain professionalism and accurately represent partner organizations at all times

Schedule & Location:
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday daytime schedule (occasional weekends for events)
- Office based in Landover, MD
- Work conducted at local retail locations, events, and community outreach sites
Compensation:
- Weekly base pay
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
