No previous experience is required—we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship from day one.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will:
* Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations with professionalism and integrity
* Educate community members about the mission and impact of our nonprofit partners
* Build relationships through in-person conversations at community events and approved outreach locations
* Assist individuals who choose to become recurring supporters
* Develop communication, sales, fundraising, and leadership skills
* Work toward individual and team performance goals
* Participate in daily coaching, training, and professional development

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, sales, or marketing is a plus—but not required.
Compensation
W-2 Employee Position
Weekly Pay
* Guaranteed weekly base pay of up to $250
* $40 daily working fee
* $10 daily gas stipend (Monday–Friday)
* Performance-based commissions
* $90 commission on your first donor each day
* $100 commission on each additional donor that day
* Weekly performance bonuses
* Uncapped commission potential
Typical Weekly Earnings
* Many team members earn $700–$1,200+ per week, depending on performance
* High performers earn $1,700–$2,500+ per week
