Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team in an entry-level role with a clear path to becoming a Project Manager. This position involves working closely with clients to explore solutions, provide exceptional service, and develop critical sales, leadership, and management skills through structured training.

Training & Growth Timeline

First 6 Weeks: Learn and apply foundational sales strategies.

Next 3 Months: Develop team management skills, understand people operations, and gain exposure to HR procedures.

Final 2 Months: Acquire hands-on experience in finance, payroll, legal compliance, and client management.

End Goal: Lead and oversee multiple departments with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.

Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Accurately document and manage client interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve performance goals and contribute to company growth.
