Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to start in an entry-level role and grow into a Project Manager position. This role involves working closely with clients, helping them explore options and delivering top-tier service, while undergoing structured training to develop key sales, leadership, and management skills.
Training & Growth Timeline:
First 6 Weeks: Learn and implement all sales strategies.
Next 3 Months: Master team management, people expectations, and HR procedures.
Final 2 Months: Gain hands-on experience in finance, payroll, legal compliance, and managing clients & stakeholders.
End Goal:Lead and oversee multiple departments with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
✔ Guide clients through the application process while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
✔ Accurately track and maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
✔ Collaborate with the sales team to meet performance targets and contribute to company growth.
