Salina Grace is looking for an Entry Coordinator & Community Navigator to connect guests with essential services, maintain a welcoming and organized facility, and support our mission of reducing barriers to help in Salina.
About Salina Grace
At Salina Grace, we are dedicated to breaking down barriers so that individuals experiencing homelessness can easily access the resources they need. From November to March, we provide an Emergency Winter Shelter for warmth and safety. Year-round, our Community Resource Center serves as a hub of support, offering a day shelter, hot meals, computer access, and case management through collaboration with Salina’s many helping agencies.
About the Role
As Entry Coordinator & Community Navigator, you will:
✅ Welcome & Assist Guests – Check in guests, provide hospitality, and connect them with services
✅ Guide Guests Toward Stability – Help individuals navigate the journey of securing housing, employment, benefits, and resources
✅ Support Community Partnerships – Work closely with agencies to bring life-changing services to those who need them
✅ Maintain a Safe & Clean Facility – Oversee daily upkeep, assign guest chores, and coordinate maintenance needs
✅ Manage Data & Records – Input guest information into our tracking systems and assist with program documentation
What We’re Looking For
Background in Social Work, Case Management, or Related Experience
Strong Organization & Multitasking Skills – Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate & Patient – A heart for serving individuals facing homelessness and life challenges
Problem-Solver – Resourceful in connecting guests to available programs and solutions
Professional & Hospitable – Able to maintain healthy boundaries while creating a welcoming environment
