Our Enterprise Business Development Representatives (EBDR) work with our current group of Enterprise Account Executives (EAE) in developing our pool of sales leads. You will be responsible for account planning and mapping of key accounts while working closely with Account Executives to creatively & strategically source meetings to develop interest in Kindsight.

Activities include generating outbound leads using both phone, email and Linkedin social selling, supporting sales efforts and campaigns, maintenance of our CRM and other related tasks.

In this position, you will also assist with product inquiries, industry research and following through with lead requests. Throughout the lead qualification process, you will learn to identify the specific needs of prospects, and how Kindsight’s products/solutions meet those needs.

What you’ll do

Generate outbound leads using input from AE’s, marketing campaigns, targeted lists of prospects and existing CRM accounts

Manage outbound leads generated using the in-house CRM

Ensure a smooth hand-off of leads to the AE team

When appropriate, book online demonstrations with prospects

Participation and support in marketing programs and events

Participation in sales strategy sessions

Drive the pipeline needed to reach our revenue targets; you’ll play an integral role in Kindsight’s success

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Is driven and self-motivated to be successful in whatever you do

Is comfortable in working without everything figured out; this is a new segment we’re building

Has experience in cold calling, and enjoys speaking to people on the phone

Experience in social selling is a BIG bonus

Is collaborative: exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside of Kindsight

Is organized and efficient – can demonstrate a methodical approach to large enterprise prospecting

Is a positive person, with the ability to excel under pressure

Is coachable with a growth mindset (learning never stops!)
