Position
Pariva Health is looking for an Enrollment Team Manager to join our team. Our mission is to empower the families of neurodivergent children through our whole-family engagement model. The Enrollment Team Manager will lead a team responsible for receiving leads, contacting clients/patients, and enrolling them in Pariva’s programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in healthcare or services/programs for young children (i.e., elementary schools, early intervention services, Head Start, early childhood learning centers, ABA programs, etc.), and a background in behavioral health and/or neurodivergent children. Patient experience is critical to Pariva’s success, so the candidate should also have experience in designing, implementing, and improving the overall customer experience within an organization. The ideal candidate will also possess project management skills, the ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the enrollment team to achieve departmental goals.
Oversee the process of receiving leads and contacting clients
Develop and implement SOPs to streamline enrollment processes.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality client interactions.
Design and optimize the customer experience, implementing CX strategies as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and enrollment progress.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in a healthcare or customer service role
Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
A background in behavioral health and working with neurodivergent children is highly desirable.
Marketing or Sales Experience in the Healthcare space highly desirable
Strong project management skills and the ability to create and implement SOPs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with CRM systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
