Job Description:
Pastoral Duties and Responsibilities:
Faithfully study, preach, and teach the Word of God (2 Timothy 2:15; 4:2) through (but not limited to) worship, bible studies, and discipleship.
Equip the body (Ephesians 4:11-12) by mentoring and training leadership, overseeing existing ministries, and fostering growth.
A visionary leader who can execute organizational and administrative skills in overseeing various ministries and ministry planning.
Accountable to the Senior Pastor and the Board of Elders and Deacons.
Faithfully serve and glorify God as the EM Pastor alongside a like-minded leadership of pastors and elders in the reformed faith and promote one church model.
Promote godly, Christ-exalting relationships and families within the body of Christ.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary with previous pastoral experience.
Strive to live an exemplary life of sanctification and faithfulness to the ministry (1 Cor 11:1).
Understand and adapt to cultural ministries.

Associate Pastor Total Compensation: $88,600-$91,000 (Salary + Housing: $67,000-$69,470)
Assistant Pastor Total Compensation: $73,700-$76,700 (Salary + Housing: $60,000-$63,000)
