We’re Looking for our Engagement Lead
The Symbiosis Foundation is seeking an Engagement Lead to join our Board and help shape how we build and nurture our ecosystem of volunteers, partners, and collaborators.
As a growing social impact initiative, our engagement strategy continues to evolve. This role offers the opportunity to guide that evolution — bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to how we attract, onboard, and coordinate contributors.
What You’ll Focus On
- Strengthening our volunteer onboarding process
- Coordinating communication with volunteers and contributors
- Supporting outreach toward organizations interested in collaboration
- Creating consistent engagement touchpoints
- Aligning engagement efforts with our Accelerator and broader initiatives
This is both a strategic and hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys combining direction with practical execution.
Who This Role Is For
- Clear and confident communicators
- Individuals comfortable guiding volunteers
- Experience in community-building, stakeholder engagement, or nonprofit environments
- Proactive and comfortable in evolving structures
- Able to commit approximately 4–8 hours per week
This is an unpaid volunteer Board position.
