Endowment Campaign Development Consultant
Congregation Beth Emeth, a Reform synagogue in Wilmington, Delaware seeks to retain a development consultant to assist with an endowment campaign in the lead-up to our 120th anniversary celebration in 2026. Time commitment to be discussed, with the understanding that flexibility will be required on both sides. Development and campaign experience, and involvement in the Jewish community, preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities will *****
Develop and execute an endowment campaign strategy;
Evaluate feasibility and set goals for endowment campaign;
Develop communications strategy;
Support and work closely with the 120th Anniversary and Endowment Committees.
