Are you experienced in employability support and confident in delivering better-off calculations?
A leading charity is working in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide dedicated support to job seekers in Hammersmith & Fulham. Their mission: to help individuals re-enter the workforce and secure lasting employment.
As an Employment Advisor, youll manage a caseload of 40 individuals who have been unemployed long-term. Youll offer tailored, one-to-one support designed to help each person overcome their barriers to work. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting better-off calculations to demonstrate the financial benefits of employment.
Supporting clients with CV writing and interview preparation.
Guiding job searches and helping identify suitable opportunities.
Building confidence and motivation through coaching and encouragement.
You must have worked previously in a similar role such as an Employment Advisor, Job Coach, Careers Advisor, Employment Consultant, Employer Engagement Consultant.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract with strong potential for extension the charity is committed to retaining great people whenever possible.
