REPORTS TO: Housing Programs Manager
GRADE: 2 ($37k – $41k) Full-time 35 hours per week
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Determines applicants’ eligibility for the Section 8 Renters Assistance program. Obtains verification required for processing through correspondence, interview, and telephone contact. Prepares mailings, monthly reports, and maintains client records
SUPERVISORY: None
EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: Candidate must have an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
