Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Must obtain a Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary with previous pastoral experience.
Must be ordained in the PCA or be eligible for ordination in the PCA.
A calling and passion for discipling and educating children and youth in the Lord, with at least three years of experience as an education pastor.
Effective communication skills with the parents of children and youth involved in the church’s education system.
Ability to navigate and work across both Korean and English ministry cultures.
