Tigerlily Foundation is seeking a MY LIFE Magazine Intern to support the development and publication of MY LIFE Matters Magazine, a national publication dedicated to educating, empowering, and amplifying the voices of individuals impacted by breast cancer.

This is more than a traditional internship. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful publication that combines storytelling, health education, advocacy, and community engagement while gaining real-world experience in nonprofit communications and publication management.

Through innovative programs and partnerships, Tigerlily works to eliminate disparities, improve health outcomes, and ensure every woman has access to the resources and support she needs to thrive.

What You'll Do

As a MY LIFE Magazine Intern, you will:

  • Support planning and production of MY LIFE Matters Magazine.
  • Coordinate article submissions and contributor communications.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining editorial content tracking tools.
  • Support publication timeline and milestone management.
  • Conduct content research related to publication themes and featured topics.
  • Assist with content organization, editorial workflows, and publication readiness activities.
  • Support publication launch and promotional activities.
  • Participate in planning meetings and project discussions.
  • Collaborate with contributors, advocates, and stakeholders throughout the publication process.
  • Complete a final internship presentation highlighting contributions, lessons learned, and recommendations.
