This role has two main focuses: cultivating and strengthening donor relationships, particularly through the monthly giving program, and raising funds through institutional donations for special project initiatives.

The DSA will ensure high-quality donor engagement, retention, and growth while also supporting stewardship efforts across other fundraising programs.

The DSA ensures that diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), anti‑racism, and anti‑oppression (ARAO) principles and practices are integrated into day‑to‑day interactions with all stakeholders and into strategies and materials. In this sense, the SSA plays a significant role in preserving the organization’s overall reputation.
