Embrace Grace is a non-profit that inspires and equips churches to love on single and pregnant young women and their families, and our donors make all of it possible.
We’re looking for a Donor Relationship Manager to own our donor stewardship experience from start to finish. You’ll manage a caseload of donors and prospects, run our touchpoint calendar (thank-you sequences, milestone follow-ups, monthly donor anniversaries), host headquarters tours, support our signature events, and be the person our donors hear from when they give.
If you’re the type who picks up the phone, remembers birthdays, writes handwritten notes, and never drops a thread, there’s real relationship to build here, not just process to run.
Location: Hurst, TX (in-office, with regular local travel)
Full-time ❤️ Donor relations, development, or stewardship experience preferred Warm communicator, organized self-starter, heart for the mission
