The Donor Services Officer will work with the Director of Donor Services to implement the strategic direction for donor education, stewardship, asset development and philanthropic leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities
Steward donor relationship assignments and provide customer service to maximize the donor experience
Provide counsel to current and prospective donors to clarify their philanthropic goals and develop giving plans to achieve them
Participate in efforts to optimize use of CRM software in support of donor services
Participate in activities to enhance the Foundation’s operations and service and in general, advance the field of philanthropy
Requirements
3+ years of experience in not-for-profit or related field
Experience with donor cultivation and development
Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation preferred
