CyberWell is seeking a stellar Donor Relations Manager to join our small but growing team! This position is full-time and is available for immediate start. We work in a hybrid format and are in our Tel Aviv office 3 days a week. This position will work closely with the CEO and COO.
About Us
CyberWell is a start-up nonprofit with technology at its core. Together with our strategic partners, our mission is to address online antisemitism and hate in the digital era through driving the enforcement and improvement of hate speech policies across the digital space and empowering efforts against antisemitism with the data that we collect. After launching the first ever open database of online antisemitism in 2022, CyberWell is the premier research, identification, and monitoring center for tracking antisemitism across social media platforms in multiple languages, globally.
About You
A successful candidate will have 2+ years of resource development, donor relations and/or grant writing experience and be motivated by the mission and values of CyberWell. You love building, maintaining, and enhancing relationships. You are a communicator: you speak the verbal and written language of private donors, foundation professionals, supporters, and partners and can translate organizational shorthand and data-centric metrics into friendly goals, successes, and achievements. You are a team player- “all hands on deck” is a rallying cry. You are a multi-tasker and planner who thrives in a dynamic work environment with multiple areas of responsibility and believes in processes for task and time management. You set goals, meet deadlines, and love ticking off your “to do” list.
Responsibilities Include
The Donor Relations Manager will be responsible for implementing the organization’s resource development strategy to ensure financial sustainability. You will also serve as a pillar of support preparing, arranging, and organizing processes, donor management, scheduling, follow-up, and more.
Managing Donor Relations: Recruiting new donors, maintaining and growing existing relationships, providing updates, and scheduling regular check-ins. You will need to regularly take evening meetings to accommodate US working hours!
Donor & Grant Research: Actively identify new opportunities; conduct outreach to secure meetings.
Grant Management: Writing and submitting LOIs, applications, grant proposals, and reports.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain records through the Monday.com platform.
Fundraising Trips: Planning and coordinating fundraising trips in partnership with an external consultant as well as conducting trip follow-up.
Partnership Development: CyberWell maintains an important network of partners. You will be responsible for maintaining existing partnerships and holding introductory calls with potential partners to determine fit.
Qualifications
Identification with CyberWell’s mission
Native English – a must
High-level Hebrew – strong advantage
Resource development experience – 2+ years preferred
Writing and editing master – highly detail oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Task management master
