Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Donor Relations Manager located in O’Fallon, MO. The Donor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing annual giving programs, fostering philanthropic relationships, overseeing donor relations, managing donor databases, and handling project management related to fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in Annual Giving and Philanthropy
Strong skills in Donor Relations and Donor Management
Project Management expertise
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working in a non-profit or fundraising environment
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
