Position Summary:
The Donor Engagement Specialist is a key member of the Deborah Hospital Foundation team, responsible for cultivating and stewarding relationships with individual donors. This role requires a passionate and
results-oriented
individual with excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills. The Specialist will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong donor relationships, planning and administering donor events, securing philanthropic support, and advancing the mission of Deborah Hospital Foundation.
Experience
Preferred: 2 years experience in event planning, donor relations, or fundraising.
Education
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, e.g., non-profit management, marketing, communications. Relevant, comparable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
License and Credentials
Required:
Valid NJ Drivers License
Skills
Required:
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
