In this strategic leadership position, the Senior Donor Relations Officer will report to the Senior Manager of Donor Relations. Collaborate with various departments to optimize donor experiences and improve overall stewardship processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create multi-year engagement plans for principal gift donors
• Enhance accountability reporting for large donations
• Facilitate collaboration across teams for donor strategy
• Provide advisory support for stewardship of complex gifts
• Manage reporting timelines for principal gifts
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or similar
• 3-5 years’ experience in donor or fund development
• Expertise in managing major donor relationships
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Knowledge of ethics in fundraising
