Are you looking for a rewarding part-time position where you can make a difference? Fairview is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our Security team. This role offers a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) on the night shift (10 PM – 630 AM) with every other weekend off. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday/ Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Job Overview
As a Hospital Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our Security Dispatch Operations Center, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring CCTV Surveillance Cameras: Keep a vigilant eye on a large bank of cameras to ensure the safety of our premises.
Prioritizing Incoming Calls: Efficiently handle and prioritize calls, dispatching Security Officers as needed.
Operating CAD Systems: Utilize Computer Aided Dispatch systems to manage and document activities.
Monitoring Fire Computers: Stay alert to fire alarms and take appropriate actions.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations, offering top-notch service to callers and on-site visitors.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: Associate of Arts or Technical degree in telecommunications or law enforcement.
Experience: 1 year of dispatch or hospital security experience.
