Full‑time position. Pro Sidian Consulting is a global consulting firm dedicated to improving operations and driving growth for private, public, and non‑profit clients. This role focuses on providing Shelter Operations leadership for the City of Charlotte (COC) and the Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) within the Mid‑Atlantic Region.
Job Overview: Provide strategic oversight, financial management, and regulatory compliance for shelter programs, while fostering community outreach and partnership development.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for shelter programs.
- Oversee all shelter staff and departmental budgets.
- Ensure compliance with welfare regulations.
- Develop community outreach and adoption campaigns.
- Liaise with city leadership and animal welfare partners.
- Oversee capital improvement projects for shelter facilities.
- Lead disaster preparedness and response for animal care services.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in senior shelter or animal welfare leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 8+ years of management experience.
- Visionary leadership, diplomacy, and operational excellence.
- Strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
