Administrative Responsibilities:
Provide support in all areas of Development when needed
Demonstrate andreinforce a

Managesystems and software to track and cultivate donors and prospects,including our donor database
Ensure that datarelated to prospects and donors is recorded and tracked inelectronic files; manage campaign record keeping, evaluate progresstowards goals, prepare monthly updates on fundraising to beincluded in the Philanthropy report to the Board; recommend ideasfor implementation to help meet the annual campaigngoals And, other dutiesasassigned.

Education

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate Degree preferred
At least eight or more yearscombined experience in donor relations, with strong connections tothe Northern California philanthropiccommunity
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Raiser’s Edge Excellent written andverbal communications skills including public speaking, meetingfacilitation, and presentations
A sophisticatedunderstanding of the regional landscape and inter-relationshipsbetween various stakeholders including key influential people,elected officials, nonprofit leaders andothers
Familiarity with donor management database systems, and ability to research necessary information onprospects
Ability to successfully andeffectively represent Health
RIGHT 360 and merged agencies indiverse forums and maintain a broad spectrum of relationships withdonors and potential donors
Ability to build adonor base
Must not be on active parole orprobation.
Must be vaccinated andboostered.
Knowledge
Required:

Strong proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, andinternet applications.
