The 67th Precinct Clergy Council “The God Squad” is looking to add a key executive resource to help us in the fight against gun violence. We are adynamicorganization that has created a holistic model being replicated locally and across the nation. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operations of the organization including
Coordinate resources for major events
Liaise with community agencies and wrap around service providers
Maintain monthly reports and activities
Perform internal audits as needed
Manage junior level staff members
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings
Evaluate and clarify departmental responsibilities, as needed
Coordinate functions between departments and sites
Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems.
Provide support to theleadershipteam and senior staff for meetings
Plan and attend meetings where necessary

Leadershipand management skills

Professionalismamongst staff, supervisor, youths, and community members
Ability to interface with the community at all levels
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or similar fields
Must have at least 5 years supervisory work experience
Experience working with nonprofit organizations
Available to start work immediately
Available to work a flexible schedule

SALARY REQUIREMENTS
Salary range$80K – $90K
